5 second rule:

everyone is familiar with the 5 second rule, it states that food is safe from germs if picked up within 5 seconds after you drop it on the floor, the fact is this rule is only a myth ,food will immediately get contaminated with germs once it hit the floor.




carrots improve night vision:

no one can deny the fact that  vitamin A in carrots is good for eye health, the false thing  is the myth that was spread by the british government during ww2 ,which was, carrots can improve night vision,



store bought juice is fresh:

if we are speaking about nutrition there isn't really that much difference between store bought juce and soda ,commercials give a false idea to customers, it's not as fresh as they make it seem, as a matter of fact ,it's heavily proccessed, in order to maintain its shelf life .

it is impossible for muscle to turn into fat ,they are entirely two different types of tissue that are impossible to convert into each other.
the fact is when you stop exercising the muscle will shrink leaving more space for body fat.
