there are many steps to become a leader, we can set some steps. For instance:

you must to do all of the assignments that are affected to you, try to be punctual !

As an employee you shouldn't reserve information just for you but you must share it with others in order to developp a kind of knowledge managemen

  • support the idea of teamwork:
 working at a group can inhance the possiblity of exchanging ideas and opinions between members and as a result it can helps solving problems and taking decisions.
